On your back
Rest your neck in the low curve with your head settled just behind it. Use it alone or along the edge of your usual pillow.
Nape fills the gap under your neck, so it rests in its natural curve instead of bending to fit your pillow.
Memory foam · quilted cover
Lie on your back and slide a hand under your neck. That space is where the stiffness starts. A regular pillow props your head up and leaves it hollow. Nape sits right in it.
Rest your neck in the low curve with your head settled just behind it. Use it alone or along the edge of your usual pillow.
Turn to the higher edge so it fills the space between your ear and shoulder and your head doesn't drop through the night.
Behind your lower back at the desk, under your knees on the sofa, or packed for a long trip.
Slow-rebound memory foam with a neck curve built in, and a quilted cover that zips off for the wash.

A regular pillow is made to hold your head. Nape is shaped around your neck too.
Yes. Your neck is used to your old pillow. Give it three to five nights before you decide. Most of the adjustment happens in the first week.
Medium-firm. The foam softens slightly with body heat and recovers slowly, so it supports you without feeling hard.
The lower edge suits back sleepers, the higher edge suits side sleepers. Flip it to whichever feels right.
Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry. The foam itself shouldn't be washed, just aired out now and then.
